How we work
Independent
Greenlight is independent of any lender, landlord, developer or capital source. Recommendations are based on the client's objectives, financial position and cost of capital, not a predetermined transaction structure.
Senior-led
The senior advisor responsible for the analysis participates in executive discussions and remains involved through negotiation, documentation and close.
Institutional analysis
Corporate credit and financial information are evaluated using LSEG Workspace, with models and recommendations prepared for management and board-level decision-making.
Founder-led, with an experienced board of advisors.
Greenlight is led by its founder on every engagement. The board of advisors provides senior counsel to the firm and does not work on client assignments.
